What you need to know.

    This tutorial assumes you know how to turn on your palm device and get the screen showing the Nutrition Assistant icon.
    The palm uses "graphitti" letter/number input system. This tutorial doesn't require or teach this. If you need to learn this see your palm device manual.. Note that for this lesson you do not have to enter any letter or number this way. So you can use this lesson even if you do not have palm or copy of the Nutrition Assistant.

From the main menu you could select any assessment function. However to begin the "Standard Assessment Sequence" please select the "Person/Start" menu item.
