We will use "Click" (with your mouse pointer and left mouse button) in this tutorial when you would "Tap" with your stylus on a palm device.

To start the Nutrition Assistant (NA) from the main (All) applications screen at the left do the following:.

Click (tap) the "_Nutr'nAsst" icon on the image at the left. This will bring up NA's main menu screen.
