The Nutrition Assistant comes with free email and telephone support.

Our goal is for the Nutrition Assistant to be a valuable and helpful tool.

If you do have questions, problems or concerns then to answer your questions as fast as possible.

If you email us be aware that we fight spam in our inbox like everyone else... it is VERY helpful if you use the words "Nutrition Assistant" or "NA Support" in your email subject line.

If you telephone us... please be aware that we are located on the west coast. You will improve your chances of contacting us by phone if you place your call after 10:00 AM pacific-coast time(i.e. after 1PM East coast OR Noon central time).

We are not always available evenings but do not mind you calling during this time period if it works better for you.

If you call and leave a message.... it is helpful if you tell us when is the best time to get ahold of you, who you work for(if appropriate) and where you are calling from.
